Wow! What a day. I dropped off my parents at the airport and came home to take down ALL of the Christmas decorations. It was time, though kind of sad too. I love Christmas.
Our readings for today are: Psalms 103, 114, 115; Deuteronomy 8:1-3; Colossians 1:1-14; John 6:30-33, 48-51
Our God has done so much for us. He forgives, He heals, He redeems our lives, He crowns us with steadfast love and mercy, and satisfies us with good. He is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, overflowing with love, He has mercy for us. Our sins are removed as far as the east is from the west. He knows our weaknesses, but his love is forever. He rules forever. We are only alive by God’s word and command. He is life and food for us. In response to all of that being done for us, let us praise Him! .
So it’s day 5 of our 21 Days of Prayer for our business. On Monique’s Page today, she talked about being intentional. My prayer today goes along with that.
Prayer for my Team: May the Lord help us to love those people we encounter who may use a different company. May we have humility and ALWAYS be full of grace. May our head knowledge never be more important than relationships.
In the words of the Colossians from today’s reading. I will continue to pray this: And so, from the day [I] heard, [I] have not ceased to pray for you, asking that you may be filled with the knowledge of his will in all spiritual wisdom and understanding, so as to walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to him, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God. May you be strengthened with all power, according to his glorious might, for all endurance and patience with joy, giving thanks to the Father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in light. He has delivered us from the domain of darkness and transferred us to the kingdom of his beloved Son, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.
